Job Summary
We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This role supports the accounting department by handling tasks such as processing invoices, managing expense reports, and reconciling financial statements.
Qualifications
Already have or Working towards bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Interest or minimal experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Prepare and file tax forms and compliance documents.
Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
Support budget preparation and conduct financial analysis.
Maintain precise and current financial records.
Assist with various accounting projects and tasks as required.
