Job Description:

Are you ready to join a dynamic finance team for an engaging 3-4 month adventure? We are looking for a skilled Accounting Consultant to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to the table! 🎉

Key Responsibilities:

📅 Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

📊 Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial insights and data analysis.

📝 Financial Audits: Participate in financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting auditors with inquiries.

📈 Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.

🚀 Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support for special projects and strategic initiatives.

📑 Ad Hoc Reports: Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

• 🤝 Work closely with the Controller to provide financial insights and support.
• 🛠️ Assist with finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
• 🔧 Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient financial processes.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 📅 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• 💼 Proven experience in managing remittance checks, commission reconciliations, and chargeback management.
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 👥 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• 🔍 Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial transactions.
• 💻 Proficiency in financial software and tools.
