About You

- You are a self-starting multi-tasker who can handle the pressure of several large and small assignments at once and at high speed.
- You have superior project management skills for high volume tasks, specifically in managing CRM/email marketing activities
- You have deep expertise in the execution of CRM/e-mail marketing campaigns - from email execution development to client relationship management
- You have a positive outlook and great people skills.

- Be the point of contact for the day-to-day clients and work with agency account leadership to deliver operational excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management.
- Thoroughly understand client briefs, communicate to the internal agency team, and deliver exceptional output to the clients while having an eye on larger business challenges to bring new solutions outside of the ask.
- Review client briefs and distill into an easily digestible format for the internal creative team kick-off.
- Serve as the project lead for assigned lines of business, overseeing both small- and large-scale projects, sometimes with minimal oversight from agency leadership.
- Manage CRM-client objectives, expectations, timelines, and communicate with clients and agency teams to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are aligned.
- Be the brand steward, knowing the intricate details of the client brand guidelines. Own the internal workflow, overseeing the efficiency and quality of work.
- Effectively run client meetings and lead internal agency team meetings.
- Identify potential project risks, develop contingency plans, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Manage vendor and 3rd party relationships competently and seamlessly

- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of client-facing advertising industry experience managing the creation and delivery of CRM Campaigns
- Specific expertise in CRM (Adobe Campaign Manager is highly desired), managing high volume email marketing campaigns and activities
- Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations.
- Organized and detail-oriented. Experience with project management software
- Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented.
- This is an on-site position (4 days)
