Role:We are seeking an Account Manager for our Pro-Tech Measurement Solutions sales team, which is a division of Control Associates. She/He will drive business growth within new and established accounts across multiple industries. The Account Manager will bridge technical, interpersonal, and business domains to set a vision and collaborate to develop and deliver products, services, and integrated solutions to meet that vision. Responsibilities:
Ownership of the external customer relationships selling our measurement instrumentation products and services portfolio through a consultative approach
Develop and execute account plans to grow our portfolio within named accounts
Proactively network and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, decision makers and influencers
Develop and executepursuit strategies to win
Create and maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline through use of CRM tool
Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all our products and services within our Measurement Solutions portfolio
Engage directly with clients through onsite visits within the Tri-State area
Organize, coordinate, and support customer seminars
Drive company, team, and individual goals
Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Prerequisites:
4+ years of experience within our served industries in an engineering, operations, or sales capacity
BS/BA degree in a discipline that supports a technical knowledge of the business, an Engineering concentration is preferred
Demonstrated ability to interface with decision makers
Problem Solver, able to uncover the true root cause, and have an open-minded approach to create a solution
Strategic thinker with a propensity to connect technologies to business outcomes and to anticipate the emerging needs of customers
Results driven, a professional who has consistently exceeded goals.
Must have excellent communications, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills, this is a client facing role
Experience working in a team environment while providing individual contributions and leading through influence
Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite expertise with Advanced Excel and CRM experience
