Salt is partnering with a Global full funnel digital agency looking to bring on an Account Director to their growing team in📍Denver, CO! (Hybrid in-office position).

In this role you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and growth across client accounts by delivering successful, innovative campaign strategy and execution across multiple paid media channels.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world as they look to you to scale their business and drive impactful results. All the while, working alongside some of the most-innovative minds in the agency space and across operational, measurement, and account teams.


✨Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts, demonstrating strong client relationship management, working to explicit budgets and timelines
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, expanding our network within client organizations and fostering collaborative partnerships
  • Own relationships with senior stakeholders and enable customer satisfaction by ensuring all activity is aligned with the client’s overarching objectives and goals
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, providing strategic insights and demonstrating value to your clients
  • Design innovative, large-scale paid campaigns across several platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic DSPs
  • Manage, support and oversee operational teams responsible for the placement, optimization, testing, and execution of complex campaigns, and ensure channel strategies align with core client goals and contract stipulations
  • Develop processes, structure & services that add value to our existing clients and ensure client experience is top class
  • Work collaboratively across teams to identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels
  • Bring innovative ideas and new thinking to the forefront of everyday account interactions
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams


✨Qualifications:

  • Performance marketing background, including hands-on-keyboard campaign activation experience
  • 6+ years of paid advertising experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of success with social, programmatic and search campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Ad platform certifications
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning!
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
