Growing Oak Creek manufacturing company has a CNC supervisor opening on 2nd shift.
This is a direct hire opportunity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Monitor manufacturing work in process to ensure we are meeting the needs of the customer
Assist in troubleshooting and fixing processes
Interview and train new employees
Coordinate activities related to people, safety, production machines and other equipment
Troubleshoot and report non-conformance, production, and safety issues.

Salary: 70 K+ *Based on experience
Requirements
7+ years CNC experience
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills
People management skills
Strong manufacturing and machining background
Walk and Stand for the entire shift
Strong communication skills with the ability to complete reports and procedures
