“I have had the honor of working with Tate for nearly five years in several different roles. Through 2013 and 2014 we worked side by side as directors in the Racetrac South Florida market. His strong partnership and expertise went well beyond his Director of Human Resources role. He led his team with a solid vision and an executable plan that helped the region achieve strong results. He also provided trusted guidance and advice to the many other teams he supported within the region, as he also did to me. Tate brings several strengths to the table; however it is his friendship and partnership that I value the most. He has always given me solid advice, providing a listening ear, a challenging opinion and made working hard a lot of fun. To be so trusted and accomplish these great results while providing a sense of care and family is a special skill that Tate has. Even though we no longer work side by side in the same market, I continue to use Tate as one of my most trusted advisors. His honesty, innovation, desire for knowledge and most importantly friendship is something to cherish. I am thankful that our paths have crossed and I look forward to many more years working with him ”
