“When Steve first joined the company, I remember the excited buzz that ran through the office. He was set to successfully join the post-sales and sales organizations into one Revenue team. Monumental efforts given the size that SalesLoft was. This man delivered! Making huge organizational shifts while also leading SalesLoft into the biggest quarters in the company’s history is not something an ordinary CRO can accomplish. But then again, Steve isn’t an ordinary CRO. “What do you need?” is a phrase that Steve says frequently. Encouraging leaders to know what resources they need to achieve their goals. Steve then goes to bat for them like a bulldog with a bone. Steve brings a commitment to excellence, infused with a genuine support of the individuals involved. In my opinion, this is the secret to his success, both as an individual and as a leader. Steve’s authenticity and humility make him a leader that others trust. Based on this trust, he is able to establish deep relationships and gain exceptional cooperation and synergy.”
