“I had the pleasure of working with Patrick during our time at US ARMY ARDEC. He was an integral member of the software quality team where he brought a systems engineering perspective guided by a software quality mission. In the 8+ years I have worked with him, he has always displayed an unparalleled ability to accept new challenges. He is continuously diversifying his skill set by learning from other competencies. Thank you for your contribution to software quality and your dedication to the customer, the warfighter.”

What do you do if your problem-solving abilities need a boost?
Thank you so much! I’ll definitely check this out. It’s interesting you bring up the efficiencies of small teams…at my previous company I took a handful of people I can count on and we deemed ourselves the Innovation Crew (Innocrew) and we ended up making most of the modeling decisions for the company.

What do you do if your problem-solving abilities need a boost?
In my experience, knowledge share and collaboration with other engineering colleagues have increased my problem solving capabilities. Especially as a systems engineer, your job isn’t to know everything, but to know everyone. Critical thinking, systems thinking, and problem solving are not only honed by your work experience but with your experience working with others.
