I coached and trained K-1st grade Boys how to follow Christ, work on a team and develop their sportsmanship skills through basketball. We won 6 out 8 games.

My Favorite Lessons:
1. "HANDS UP!" - Protect what's vulnerable by acting like castle walls to prevent the other team from scoring points.
2. "PASS THE BALL!" - Delegate to your teammates who are closer to scoring. Scoring points is more important than WHO did it.

I trained boys in their faith by sharing a 3-5 minute high energy and engaging object lesson devotional message each week at Troop meetings. Age range 5-17. I welcomed the challenge!

Robyn and I are a certified and trained Senior Pastor Mentor Couple, stewarding a grant to put on retreats for senior pastor couples for refreshment, rekindling, renewal and restoration of their marriages.

I presented a religious and motivational speech weekly to Fourth Grade students in order to help them make a difference in their homes, school, and communities.

I lead kids in Kindergarten through 4th grade to use their hands, feet, voices and hearts to worship Jesus. They share “God Sightings,” give their money to good causes, memorize Bible verses and motivate each other as they dance, sing, and play musical instruments for God’s glory!

Church leaders today face five common challenges:

1. Vision Clarity - Vision gets murky when we're struggling. Where are you, your family, or your ministry headed?
2. Funding - If the church stopped paying you, could you continue to serve AND meet your family's needs?
3. Productivity - Without proper systems in place, how effective are we at "being about our Father's business?"​
