“Milly is the type of manager that I love to work alongside. Clear, concise with her expectations day in and day out, while giving her sales reps the autonomy to get daily tasks completed. Milly wore multiple hats during her time at AdRoll Group, starting as a Sr. AE and quickly moving upward to lead the Account Management team and eventually the New Business Team, which I sat under. Milly trusted her reps by giving them the appropriate level of autonomy, but at the same time, was amazing at giving direct, on the spot feedback when joining client calls or meetings. I really took her critiques to heart given her proven track record and credit her to my own personal successes in the later half of 2018 before her departure. She’s a collaborative, out-spoken leader who sticks up for her teams and will always take the responsibility when challenges arise whether it be something that directly or indirectly affects her team. I greatly enjoyed my time working under her leadership and a side perk was getting to play with her dog, Hugo, who is missed at AdRoll Group just as much as she is!
