“I was a direct report to May for just over a year and a half while she was the Chief People Officer of WageWorks. In my role, I was a HR Director of Organization Development. May is a polished, articulate HR leader who knows how to take the larger company HR models and apply them to smaller organizations. She was directly responsible for growing the HR organization from just a handful of employees to over 50 team members as the company scaled over time. Extensive experience in HR strategy/structure, M&A, employee relations, executive compensation, talent assessment and HRIS implementation. I enjoyed my time working for May and believe that I am a better person for it both personally & professionally. Would be happy to be a reference for May at any point in the future. ”
