I have been a Technical Support Engineer and have worked with Marni over the phone, email and communicator to fix many problems with our lasers in the field. Marni is extremely professional and honest. When reporting a symptom, she gives details and answers questions related to the problem and gives details and information she thinks might be relevant. Working on a number of older laser types at various customer sites she runs into some unique problems given the age of the lasers. Marni works on a number of lasers at Time and Material customers that are paying for parts and labor outside a service contract. Marni is always balancing the needs and desires of the customers with Cymer’s needs and interests. She is highly regarded by her customers, the field organization and Technical support. Marni will be an asset to any company she joins. Nobody is going to outwork her. She is constantly trying to learn more and become a more valuable employee.
