It was counter balanced by Concurrent Retirement and Disability Pay (CRDP) and Combat Related Special Compensation (CRSC) for some Soldiers, but not all. Part 1: documentation for air and missile defense systems, lists of officers covering skies over Moscow. https://lnkd.in/eZKa57cj We are starting a series of #BaumankaLeaks publications based on the data from hacked email correspondence of high-ranking #Russian officers. We will make public some interesting classified data, lists and documents from the #Military Training Center (MTC), which makes part of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU). The information was retrieved by #Ukrainian hacktivists of the Cyber Resistance group and provided for analysis and publication to volunteers of InformNapalm volunteer intelligence community. This part contains classified operating manuals of key Russian air defense systems, personal data of more than a hundred young air defense/missile defense officers, who, in particular, cover the skies over #Moscow and the Kremlin.

Today the ISR Task Force partnered with WTOP News, the Federal News Network, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, United States Space Force, and Planet Federal to discuss the critical topic of Broad Area Management and its impact on the safety and security of our nation. In the round table discussion, we touched on the imperative of #teamwork in Integrated Deterrence while also discussing some of the more tangible ways the services are investing in solutions to deliver enhanced situational understanding around the world. The US Army Intelligence enterprise, under the direction of Lieutenant General Tony Hale, is working hard to deliver horizontally integrated capabilities at a pace and scale that matches the tempo of the modern operational environment. To optimize these systems, we’ve been directed to develop strategies for wide-adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence capabilities into human-centric workflows. Soon the world currency will be measured in TPUs and GPUs. #Data centricity is a thing, and embracing it is what separates visionary leaders from everyone else. We wrap up this week with a conversation with Congressman Ken Calvert (R-CA) - a partner on Capitol Hill who is “all in” on AI investments.

What does C2 feel like from a Civ/Mil point of view? I talked to former NATO Sec Gen Jaap de Hoop Scheffer about what makes Civ/Mil relationships work at the highest levels of an Alliance. The tensions between domestic agendas and international obligations, decision-making in NATO, and how to achieve coherence and agreement in matters of war all get some air time. The conclusion, perhaps unsurprisingly, is that the level of co-operation between politicians and their military counterparts is not something that can be scripted or forced: it depends more on personalities, behaviours, and shared interests than on orders and formal hierarchies. Reflecting on successes and failures, Jaap makes for compelling listening.

The core methods of such operations to achieve Moscow’s goals of destabilization include spreading disinformation, manipulating ideas and conclusions, exacerbating existing societal conflicts, and discrediting democratic societies’ fundamental values and institutions. The fusion of cynicism and ideology has given rise to a distinct Russian phenomenon of “ideological cynicism.” Kremlin propaganda capitalizes on contradictions within Western countries and between governments as well as politicians’ denial of real-life problems to sow discord and exacerbate societal polarization.”
