The Use of Synonyms: As we work to increase our communication skills, there are a variety of ways to increase our vocabulary. I am about to share one with you that I recently dealt with. While on the patio, on my IPAD, I tried to respond to comments, draft invites and update followers on items of current importance. What I found is that the one specific letter was not available on my Bluetooth keyboard. After multiple uses of the onscreen keyboard multiple times, I just started to look for alternative words that did not require the letter. It was not super easy, as so many transitive verbs require the this letter. With some experience I was able to adjust my responses, comments and invites to avoid the letter with the use of synonyms. Can anyone tell me what letter I was unable to use?

Just got back from Korea and was floored by their cities. Cities are big, active, & maticulously cared for. Theres a real pride that you can actively see. Buildings are open and available. Old and young, rich and poor. All have a place in it and belong. It was really refreshing to see. Experiencing different cultures always invigorates me to think differently. Every society has their problems so why are we struggling while they are thriving? Cities dont have to feel dangerous. They can be exciting, and enjoyable places where we come together. A place where we can get a resonably priced meal. A place we can imagine living. A home. We have to change our mentality and stop being afraid of the unknown and start embracing it. Lets Grow together as a society. Stop thinking about why we cant and start thinking about how we can.

Facilitate Coordination between all of your consultants, most constructability issues are found from lack of coordination and communication between the different consulting teams! Pay especially close attention to how the civil drawings interact with the architectural. Both designs have a large impact on one another!

In previous eras, the workplace was designed for one type of person. At IWBI, we are changing that everyday by working with partners who were designing for all. This article highlights design solutions to create quiet spaces that have multiple purposes, including for lactation, prayer, and meditation.
