On the consulting side, Karen streamlined our data-hygiene processes, worked with us and our designers to craft an effective (and attractive!) email template with appropriate calls to action, and even wrote creative briefs and copy when our small team was overwhelmed with day-to-day work and couldn't get the time to work on the strategy of our email system.
