Designed, prepared and monitored Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards for multiple projects under the $11 billion East Side Access program on a monthly basis for project stakeholders. The KPI dashboards informed project and program stakeholders of the health of the project and provided valuable insights, trends and tools to effectively manage and optimize the performance of individual projects thereby saving millions of dollars. Cost and schedule data from several projects were gathered and analyzed to prepare KPIs that showcased the actuals against planned and projected the forecasts/trends based on current progress. KPIs including BCWP,BCWS, EV, EAC, PV, SPI, CPI, Milestone Variance Reports, & Man hour charts were designed and created for this purpose.

East Side Access ($11 billion) is one of the largest transportation infrastructure projects currently underway in the United States with a history that reaches back to the 1950’s. The project encompasses work in multiple locations in Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx and includes more than 11 miles of tunneling. East Side Access will serve approximately 162,000 customers a day, providing a faster and easier commute from Long Island and Queens to the east side of Manhattan in a new 8-track terminal and concourse below Grand Central Terminal.
