    For the Tech2Empower Impact Challenge held on International Women’s Day, worked with team of 3 other advisors to help develop a targeted customer engagement approach for an organization, with the mission to “improve access to and the quality of justice in gender-based violence and human trafficking cases through an informed, practical, and innovative approach”.

    For the Tech2Empower Impact Challenge held on International Women’s Day, worked with team of 3 other advisors to help develop a targeted customer engagement approach for an organization, with the mission to “improve access to and the quality of justice in gender-based violence and human trafficking cases through an informed, practical, and innovative approach”.

    Led process included defining key pain points, developing a journey map, identifying primary and secondary personas, prioritizing pain points and opportunities for solutions, and developing an iterative plan to validate potential solutions for organization to execute.

    The outcomes for the org included 1) understanding of why previous social media approach wasn’t achieving key goals/metrics, 2) understanding of their true value proposition and differentiation, 3) clarity about target use cases and personas, 4) a new strategy and execution plan to increase customer engagement.
