The idea to bring the event to Baltimore City Public Schools came from Hamid Samadani, IBM, who saw an opportunity to "turn on a light bulb" in the minds of young students and get them excited about pursuing a career in software development - and it worked!
The event was a huge success evidenced by the level engagement and positive response from the students.
