“Grover and I started working at Softvision (now Cognizant Softvision) within days of each other. We've had an exceptional working relationship during the past 5+ years regardless of whether we were working together on the same project. Grover exudes excellence in everything he does whether it's writing test documentation, executing tests, recording test results, or communicating with colleagues and clients. He is meticulous in every aspect of his work, never doing just enough to get the job done. He possesses many of the characteristics I find are essential for a software tester to have, especially determination, tenacity, and curiosity. He learns new software testing concepts, technologies, methods, and techniques deliberately but quickly. He is unafraid to ask questions and actively seeks out opportunities to further his software testing knowledge and skills. He is highly skilled in all aspects of manual and automated testing. He is also a highly effective communicator, both verbally and in written form. He is capable of producing not only top quality, effective, and detailed test cases, but also test plans and reports. Grover has been a valuable asset on every assigned project at Cognizant Softvision, including those on which we have not worked together. Should he find it necessary to secure employment elsewhere, you will not regret adding Grover to your software testing team. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to work with Grover on future projects either at Cognizant Softvision or elsewhere. ”

Your QA team needs to test software without breaking the bank. What are your options?
Using free tools like Selenium to build out an automation suite rather than using paid tools like Tosca or mabl. Manual testing as a start, but automating existing manual tests once the environment and app is stable is a good way to cut down on manual regression tasks and speed up the process, especially for larger applications.
