Created a mock consulting company in a group setting. The purpose of this company is to design a staffing plan for a company looking to hire for two positions- Graphic Designer and Project manager. As a team we created the job descriptions, marketing and recruitment strategy, budget, outlined the Key evaluative criteria, and created a timeline for each of the positions. We also developed Behavioral Interview questions, and evaluation matrices for each of the positions, including advice of how to use them and weighted each competency by importance. These were based off of extensive research and coincide with the key competencies that we identified for each position. Acted as management in negotiations involving discussions of Holidays with mock union member representatives. Involvement in preparing a fact book for our negotiation, as well as creating the proposals for negotiations, and actively participating in negotiation sessions. After several negotiations came to a successful agreement that both sides were satisfied with; and presented findings to a panelist of experts.

Developed a proposal for a sourcing training program within technical organizations. Within the proposal included the timeline, cost, benefits of the program, and reasons the program is needed.
