They could have picked 100's of different leaders and Eric was one of three people they consistently recommended. After working with him and his teams I can see why. Eric has a tremendous skill that is very rare. He can think strategically with the best of them AND he is willing to get in the weeds and execute. It's extremely hard to do both well but he does. Over and over again, I saw him offer context that put things in perspective on how to execute. And I saw first hand, how he built a positive team dynamic.
