Salesforce schedules (delay execution) the Apex class for execution at the specified time to run using Apex Scheduler. As a #SalesforceBA, if you can help clients answer the #Why, the #How will usually will usually take care of itself. Be prepared to find stakeholder or stakeholder groups resistant to change, helping them understand why and managing the transition is going to be critical. Here are somethings you can do: 1. There will be plenty of Clouds and plenty of new features that will wow our #AwesomeAdmins from Salesforce However my experience says that UX should be number 1 priority when implementing for your #Salesforce users. After conducting dozens of Discovery there are 2 questions that I **ALWAYS** ask which David Giller has rightly called out in this article: - What business processes do they need to complete daily? - What data do they need access to do their jobs effectively? Designing solutions around these 2 questions is half the battle won!

ServiceNow generated $18,553,000 in free cash flow per day. That's a 46% free cash flow margin in Q1 of 2024. At the same time they grew ARR 24%. Efficient growth is the name of the game right now and ServiceNow has nailed it.  Some other metrics of note: ARR per employee grew to $431,000 per employee (best in class). Increased gross margin by a point. Increased operating income by 130%. They're at a $10B run rate right now. Generating 25% ARR growth at that run rate is bonkers.  Especially when you consider how efficiently they're doing it.  Hats off.
