    The NYCEDC Contract for the East Midtown Esplanade and Greenway Waterfront project is a phased reconstruction of the East Side public access waterfront and greenway aimed to complete and renovate the full circle access around the perimeter of Manhattan. Over the next five to seven years four more phases to this project are expected to be renovated between 38th street and 61st street.
