What do you do if your sales team is disengaged?
Team "disengagement" typically doesn't arise from just one thing -- it could be lack of leadership, poor expectation setting, organizational ambivalence to a team, etc. The universal solvent typically is offering clarity -- and communication, communication and communication. Not "telling" someone what to do, necessarily, but having an open, transparent, leave-titles-at-the-door conversation around what is causing the malaise and then collectively owning the potential remedy.
