  • Selected as IBM Corporate Service Corps delegate to Ecuador

    IBM

    I was selected to represent Singapore in the global IBM Corporate Service Corps program. As part of this program, I participated in a month-long community-based assignment in Ecuador in the spring of 2017, partnering with a local nonprofit to drive organizational improvements. I was thrilled to participate in this program and realize my passion of enabling international development through technology.

  • Won $30k in internal crowd funding competition towards developing interview app for IBM

    IBM- Global

    Won funds in internal IBM crowdsourcing competition iFundIT to put towards creating an interview application for IBM called "Blueview Interview." This application aimed to completely digitize IBM's interviewing process.

  • Asia Pacific Service Line Award, "Show Personal Interest"

    IBM, Application Development & Innovation Service Line

    I was granted the "Show Personal Interest"​ award at the Application Development & Innovation University held in Sydney, Australia. Out of the Asia Pacific AD&I community, 9 practitioners were identified as exemplifying one of the nine IBM practices; I was chosen for the "Show Personal Interest" award in recognition for my work building Bluemix capabilities, team members, skills, and opportunities in ASEAN.

  • Manager's Choice Award: Dare to Create Original Ideas

    I received the Manager's Choice Award for innovation while on my six-month assignment at a large commercial bank in the Philippines; I orchestrated and executed a flash mob as a means of communicating with employees as emails proved ineffective. This activity among other innovative communication vehicles were extremely well-received by the client.
