I think the obvious path for optimizing SEM campaigns with diverse perspectives is leaning into other languages and cultures from those who have local or experiential backgrounds that differ from your own. Translating ad copy doesn’t usually work the way you think it will, you need to create localized copy which can only come from a native speaker for that language as they know the caveats, the non-traditional meanings of words and word combinations. Additionally, there are subtleties in tonality across phrases needed to create compelling copy. I’ve seen translations gone wrong and it can have a negative affect on performance and brand sentiment.

How can you select the best keywords for CRO?
I agree but don’t forget about competitive analysis, not just from a Keyword perspective but from a messaging standpoint. How are your competitors talking about the product or service? How does the industry talk about it compared to how someone might search it? For example a great CRO test would be to try using messaging in layman’s terms versus technical jargon to see how your audience responds or engages with content differently.
