About
When I got to the University of Kansas, I heard about an opportunity to further my love for writing and my passion for sports. I joined University Daily Kansan, through my quality stories and diligent work effort, I earned the baseball beat and became the associate sports editor of the Kansan. The baseball beat at KU is a great job for learning and developing skills as both a writer and a reporter. I quickly progressed and became the basketball beat writer where I cultivated enough skills to earn a position with the Topeka Capital Journal. I have recently embarked on a new journey in the marketing world where I hope to use my skills to gain a full time position.
