Every year, Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business hosts the globally-recognized Intercollegiate Business Convention (IBC), a unique opportunity for driven leaders from around the world to explore careers interests and opportunities, expand their network of peers and mentors, and learn from the experiences of top female business leaders.
