Armando and I were thrust together a couple years ago with the Herculean task of upgrading the entire tech stack for Electronic Arts' customer support division - no small task. We’ve worked together closely throughout that time and I’ve been consistently impressed by his experience, knowledge, creativity, and diligence. Armando is that guy who can review a business need, consider approaches, present the options in a way that makes sense to a non-techie like me, and (most importantly) drive, coach, and cajole the team to realize that vision. He’s also the only guy I know who can write code with only nine functional fingers after a small accident with a coach and an aggressive narcoleptic dog - still with a smile on his face and radiating positive energy. Armando is a one in a million partner who makes every team he is part of better.”
