She is an extremely fair and detailed-oriented Director who continuously challenged her staff to improve processes across all roles - CRA, CTA, CTL and her managers. The Jubilant Clinsys Clinical Operations department saw very little turnover during her tenure. She moved the department forward positively while never losing sight of both corporate and departmental strategic objectives and goals.”
