C1 experience.  -extension/conversion potential: 6 months, open to extension depending on projects. Extension, yes, conversion no. - Project Details:  •   Looking for a DA for the team  •   This project is supporting Nabanita on Key initiatives  •   Requites 6 months, with room for extension as they get projects for the team  •   Skillset is mainly intermediate in SQL, Python and databricks. They use these heavily in all projects  •   -they build a lot of tableau dashboards, or any data vis experience is preferred. She doesn’t need it to be tableau  •   Prev C1 experience is nice to have  •   Looking for someone who can gather requirements quickly, articulate results, etc.  •   There will be coding in the interview  •   Extractions, data pulls, summing data based on requirements   What is the project:  •   Nabanita has a lot of projects that she manages as an IC and she is expanding into a Lead role, and some of her projects will be handed over to this contractor where they will take over risk control and risk management scripts for this LOB. Doing code reviews, making sure scripts working, and making updates, thru GitHub integrations with databricks.   YOE: intermediate – overall at least 2 YOE with SQL, python and Databricks.   Interview Process: 2 rounds, 1st will be coding along (SQL and Python, mostly SQL), along with some verbal technical Qs on Databricks and how they connect with Snowflake to ensure they’ve worked on databricks previously.  If they clear the first, they have strong coding and they will do behavioral and comm analysis with the director.    Questions: 1.   Someone with a risk background? Always nice to have to be closer to the domain. Overall attention to detail and being able to attack data issues is what she’s looking for.  2.   Looking for DA or DA/DE mix? Priority is a DA but if the candidate comes with a DE background, great, but she wants to make sure that this person knows SQL and not just python and more DAs are stronger in SQL and she NEEDS that experience. She doesn’t want just an expert in Python. She doesn’t need that.  3.   Contract extension? Dependent on the project and headcount as well as candidate performance.  4.   Beyond the top 3, what stands out? Capital one prior experience, communication, comment sense, not being hand-held. Working with banking data and how each script works, etc.
