🚀 Progress Update: My React Native Journey 🚀 I'm excited to share my first steps in learning React Native and developing my furniture e-commerce app. Here’s what I’ve been up to: Thought of a name for the project. Wonder Woods would do just fine😉 🔹Setup and Environment Configuration: Successfully installed Node.js and Expo CLI, and set up my development environment with VSCode. 🎉 🔹First Project: Created my first React Native project using Expo and ran it on simulators. It feels great to see the "Hello, World!" on the screen! 📱 🔹Figma Design: Created a comprehensive design in Figma. It was crucial to have a clear visual plan before starting the development process and even got to learn few basics of Figma few of which where using components and variables. 🎨 Check out my Figma Design - https://lnkd.in/dT3-HWyW UI/UX folks, Your feedbacks are valuable 🤘 🔹Expo App: Used the Expo app to visualize the project on my phone. What’s in a nav? Would a nav by any other team be so sweet? 🌹 I’m so happy with our big nav. But you may be wondering: How’d we get here? 💕 Showing it love. Whether you realize it or not, every nav tells a story about what’s important to a company. For many, it’s an afterthought, but that’s such a missed opportunity. We wanted the nav to be intuitive and for it to highlight our content and culture in addition to our product. 🗂️Intentional information architecture. For years we’d kept throwing every big release under a “features” section with no real hierarchy. This time, design & product marketing took a beat to figure out the best way to communicate the range of importance and depth across our features. 🖼️ Adding visuals. The team made “cover art” for our more important pages. This gave us the chance to amplify our hierarchy by emphasizing areas even within the larger categories. So what do you think?

Excited to share: For the past 2 months, I've been working on my portfolio website. First I made it as a Front-end only Single Page Application but now I remade it with Next.js 15rc, React 19rc, React Three Fiber, and more. It has custom 3D Models and Animations, Server Side Form validation, Lazy loading components based on scroll position, database manipulation and much more.
