A bipartisan group of 42 attorneys general are suing Meta over its allegedly addictive features aimed at kids. The company now faces several new lawsuits since 33 states joined together to file a federal suit and 9 other AGs opted to file in their own states. The broad coaltion signals the resolve of state enforcers against what they see as harmful internet design aimed at young users. It also shows that Meta is still one of the few things they can agree on.
