QA Manager | Women in Games Ambassador

Sadly, I was part of the layoffs at Beamdog. I had the opportunity to work as the manager of an incredible team for over 4 years, and am proud of what we accomplished. I'm looking for opportunities as a QA Manager, and appreciate any support and positions sent my way #opentowork

Erin was my go-to when I needed a realistic picture of the current state of the game, a role that cannot be undervalued. We all know that game development is hard and feature changes and pivots come fast and furious. I could always rely on Erin to give me the feedback and opinions needed in order for me to do my job well. She's also the sweetest, kindest person and an absolute blast to work with.

Erin's management skills enhanced productivity for the gamedev team as well as the Quality Assurance teams. She identified and solved many feedback workflow and testing pipeline problems before the other teams knew we had them. I'd be thrilled to work with her again as a QA Manager, and hope to see her land somewhere special.

Erin is the queen of puns, and the most genuinely caring person I've ever had the joy of working with. I'll miss her bubbly personality, huge smile and welcoming presence in the workplace.

Erin was a delightful chaotic-good counterpart to my chaotic evil. I've had the privilege of working with her multiple times (Both at BioWare and Beamdog). She genuinely cares about those who she works with and brings joy, passion, and puns to those she interacts with!

I would work with Erin again in a heartbeat. Her personable demeanor makes her problem-solving skills seem effortless. The reality is that she is incredibly hard-working and ensures her teams are empowered to do their best work. Her availability is a rare opportunity.

Erin was a fantastic manager. She genuinely listens to and cares about her team; is compassionate to all her coworkers; and supports her team in any way that she can. She's e a huge asset to any project she's on and is definitely going to be missed.
