Inspired by Raudy Perez’s post about gratitude…
Today marks two years with Experian! ✌️ I can’t believe how fast time has flown by, and I’m still as excited to be here as I was on my first day. I’m grateful for the people I get to work with everyday, the challenging projects (and reqs), and the continuous support that has made this journey so rewarding.
A question I always love answering is, “What do you like about Experian? What keeps you there?”. The top ones, in no particular order:
🤲 Purpose: Recruitment is rewarding because we’re giving people jobs, but it hits differently when the roles we’re recruiting for serve a great purpose with large impacts - Driving financial inclusion.
🫶 DEI: Experian always has diversity, equity, & inclusion at top-of-mind in everything we do. Not only that, but they encourage us to bring our whole selves to work.
💡 Innovation: The environment fosters creativity and encourages diverse perspectives. I always feel heard and seen, regardless of how crazy the idea is.
💪 Flexibility: As more companies are returning to office, Experian remains a flexible, hybrid work environment for its employees. I love having the option to work from home and go into the office at my discretion (particularly if there are events or treats).
🌱 Growth: This is multifaceted, but I’m particularly thankful for the opportunities I’ve taken on that’ve aligned with my development plan and career goals.
Cheers to many more years! #UniquelyExperian
