You don't have to on solitaired[.]com We partnered with Unwind Media the team behind Solitaired, to test what happens when only engaged users are monetized. For this test, we defined a user interaction as one of the following events: a click, a scroll, or a touchstart. If a user didn't do one of these in a 60 second window, then ad requests didn't go out! Simple as that. This common-sense change had an immediate & sustained effect on bid request volumes & viewability! Imagine the effects on emissions a similar change could make if widely deployed!
