We’re thrilled to be working with Kaufman Rossin, the largest privately owned CPA firm in Florida, to help them recruit some public accounting talent for their rapidly growing Assurance team. Audit Manager (Boca or Miami): In this client-facing role, you will supervise the entire audit engagement from planning through issuance. Overseeing multiple, complex engagements at the same time, you will review and train staff progress along the way, and also identify additional services or cross-sell opportunities for existing clients. The ideal candidate has 8+ years experience in public accounting assurance / audit services, a Bachelor’s and/or Master's in Accounting or Finance, and their CPA - bonus points if you're bilingual in Spanish as well. Senior Auditor (Boca or Miami): Reporting directly to the Audit Manager, you will oversee the entire audit engagement from planning through issuance, in a client-facing capacity. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in public accounting assurance / audit services, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and their CPA (or CPA eligibility) - being bilingual en Español is a big plus as well.
