That’s a wrap on the Hackathon competition at Krakow University of Technology! Over two action-packed days, programmers tackled last-minute communication challenges with impressive innovation and teamwork. Our Senior Software Engineer, Pavel Yezhov, stepped up as a mentor, guiding students through the high-stakes event.   Pavel’s take on his first Hackathon mentoring gig? "Mentoring at the Hackathon was exhilarating, breaking away from structured projects. It required agility as I quickly offered insights and collaborated with teams,” says Pavel. “On the first day, I focused on understanding each team's projects and challenges and providing tailored advice. The Hackathon isn't just about coding; it's also about presenting your ideas. It was an opportunity to support the next generation of tech innovators, apply my expertise in a dynamic environment, and witness incredible creativity and drive.” Congrats to Pavel for his stellar contribution!
