This is the first of three exams required to obtain his Professional Land Surveyor license. For anyone familiar with the licensing process for the PLS, it isn’t an easy one! Quick project update on our demountable flood wall project for the City of Clarksville, Missouri! This project is giving hope to the community of Clarksville after being severely impacted by flooding in recent years. Between 2008 and 2019 the City saw flooding from the neighboring Mississippi River 11 times, deeply impacting commerce and tourism in the downtown area. With the construction of the demountable flood wall, the city will be better prepared for future flood events.

Our very own Leon Freeman has been hard at work throughout Northwest Iowa the past several weeks, and he has plenty more to do in the region to help aid communities as they enter disaster recovery. Within hours of flood waters rising to historic levels just over two weeks ago, Leon was in touch with numerous entities in the area and had his boots ready to roll.
