With funding support from the Government of France, we finalized the construction of a public school in Kfarzabad with state-of-the art and innovative infrastructure (solar panels, water retreatment system, solar water heating system) to be inaugurated for the next scholastic year. Approximately 300 children including children with disabilities will benefit from equal access to education. بفضل الدعم من الحكومة الفرنسية، تم الانتهاء من أعمال تشييد المدرسة الرسمية في كفرزبد التي تتميّز ببنية تحتية متطورة ومبتكرة من ألواح شمسية، ونظام معالجة المياه، ونظام تسخين المياه بالطاقة الشمسية. ومن المقرر فتح أبوابها أمام الطلاب في العام الدراسي المقبل، ليستفيد حوالي 300 طفل، بمن فيهم الأطفال ذوو الإعاقة، من المساواة في الحصول على التعليم.

Under the supervision of Lebanon Mine Action Center and Mine Advisory Group, we conducted Explosive Ordnance Risk Education #EORE training for 19 participants to equip them with essential knowledge and techniques for delivering risk awareness activities on the hazards of landmines, unexploded ordnance, and white phosphorus. تحت إشراف المركز اللبناني للأعمال المتعلقة بالألغام و منظمة "ماغ" الإنسانية لنزع الألغام، أجرينا تدريبًا لـ 19 مشاركًا حول كيفية التوعية على مخاطر الذخائر غير المنفجرة، لتزويدهم بالمعرفة والتقنيات الأساسية لتنظيم الأنشطة التوعية من مخاطر الألغام والذخائر غير المنفجرة والفوسفور الأبيض.
