We'll be executing another historic renovation—this time on the legendary Ernest Tubb Record Shop. Last week, we teamed up with our partners HRI Properties and SWLA Economic Development Alliance to host a local subcontractor outreach event for Mid City Lofts, a mixed-income property set to break ground in Calcasieu Parish and kick off first housing phase of the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative by HRI. We are beyond excited to unveil our latest completed project: Memoir, the former Louisiana Children's Museum! ✨ This transformation features 43 beautifully designed hotel rooms and 70 residential units. This project is a masterful blend of historic renovation and modern luxury, and we couldn't be more pleased with the final product.
