Throughout my 20+ years at supporting many companies field operation teams, often, several managers voiced their complaints and challenges about team members reacting and/or responding with a negative attitude to their request/s. The solar eclipse Today Monday April 8, 2024, for several cities in the continent of America, witnessed a total solar eclipse. In my journal, there's a thought provocative text I had written a few weeks ago and following my experience today, I will not release it because I was inspired something new speaking of life's greatness, as follows: Today was the experience about humans being together, no matter if they know each other or not, and peacefully together by appreciating the present. I must share, this moment may happen once a century +, but it does demonstrate that there is hope, and thousands of years with our timeline speaks of humans in need for a touch of hope. An event like today also speaks about how we can face our fears in life. You may enjoy a bright day, then something dark manifest itself in your mind. You have the option to let fear be your master, or have the courage to kick fear's butt. Yes, your fears are like your bully, don't let it intimate you. That's what speak of that spectacular moment of a solar eclipse, when you have the courage to remove your safety goggles, in darkness, there's a beautiful light for you.
