    Our client a dynamic and growing company that designs, develops, and manufactures electronic/electro-mechanical products specific to surface transportation, consumer, and industrial markets is looking to add an accomplished Quality Engineer to their Troy team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity Salary: $87,000 to $120,000 base on experience and qualifications. Job Description: The Quality Engineer is responsible to translate internal and/or external customer quality expectations into factors that can be measured and integrate quality initiatives into projects throughout the life cycle of the product. Assure the Quality of processes and products by consistently promoting continuous improvement in all areas. Lead customer and supplier root cause and resolution investigations. Responsibilities: Creating and documenting Electronic Manufacturing procedures and processes in accordance with APQP requirements and in support of project management Measuring and monitoring plant quality performance as well as analysis of customer and plant quality performance Managing and creating internal, supplier and customer corrective and preventative measures as it relates to manufacturing and quality initiatives.  ISO/QS system management and support Creating long term support and strategic quality processes.   Review staff and customer quality inspectors quantitative data to achieve mutual quality goals.   Lead product PPAP process including developing, reviewing and approving FMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, as appropriate Provide ongoing training to others in the company with respect to quality programs and other quality related topics Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years working in Quality or Electronics Manufacturing APQP, ISO, IATF standards or equivalent required Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to read blueprint including GD&T Working knowledge of electronic manufacturing process such as IPC standards are preferred Audit and training experience is a plus Supplier Quality Management experience a plus Working knowledge of Power Point, Excel, and Outlook Salary and Benefits: Full time salary position Pay commensurate with experience Performance bonus eligible 401k plan which includes a NEC (Non Elective Contribution) – typically 3-4% of gross earnings

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing firm billing to client accounts for all offices firm wide in a collaborative environment. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The salary range is between range is $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience plus a generous benefit package and plenty of perks. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Billing Specialist Responsibilities: Work with attorneys and legal assistants to process, distribute and edit Pre-bills and invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare, verify, and submit electronic bills using various e-billing systems. Track and follow up to ensure that all submitted bills are accepted. Facilitate resolution of billing discrepancies, research accounting records, troubleshoot and provide assistance in prevention and resolution of problems. Update billing information in billing system as needed. Distribute month-end reports. Track Pre-bills and inform attorneys of missed deadlines. Assist with collection efforts as needed.
