As our Therapeutic Recreation For The Disabled Inc. Adult League season comes to a close with tonight’s championship games, we are also honored to host our Defenders of the Diamond evening at the fields! A number of vehicles and officials from local law enforcement and public safety will be in the parking lot for pictures and selfies before and after the game. Let’s be sure to show them our love and appreciation and thank them for their service!

🍧Get ready to "yum!" Our friends from Special Neat Treats will be joining us for tomorrow's Nuxy Bash presented by Ameritas! They'll have their amazing selection of freezer pops, ice creams, and other tasty treats available for purchase throughout the evening. Thanks to Joel, Mary Kate, and Josh for always making our events extra tasty!

🎨Talent knows no limits! And when you join us for this Saturday's Nuxy Bash presented by Ameritas, you'll have a chance to see that on full display at our Inspiration Studios Pop Up Shop! The artists from Inspiration Studios have been hard at work handcrafting and curating a number of new pieces, which will be available for purchase so you can take them home! Our partners at Inspiration Studios do so much to support the special needs community, and when you purchase a piece from their collection, you're directly supporting the artists who create it! That's this weekend at The Nuxy Bash: Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 7pm at the Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields on Groh Lane in Fairfield!

🌽 Every four to five years, the grounds that make up the Groh Family Farm surrounding our facility are invaded with corn stalks...and this just happens to be our corniest year yet! To remind us all of the goosebump-inducing moment when Sean Casey emerged from the corn at our grand opening in 2012, we invite all of our participants at this Saturday's Nuxy Bash to get a "corny selfie" with our vintage baseball friends from The 1869 Red Stockings! Members of the team will be on hand beginning at 6pm for you to get a photo with them, and they'll have complimentary Cracker Jacks for the first 200 photo takers! ...and please don't eat the corn!

They’ve made our day once again! Our friends from The Clubhouse Sports Grille stopped out to deliver the proceeds from their annual golf outing and our Reds trivia night as part of our ongoing charity partnership—and what a jaw-dropper it was! Thanks to their incredible generosity, hustle, and heart, we received a checked for more than $11,000 to support our work! We are so grateful for the entire team at The Clubhouse, including all of their servers, cooks, bussers, bartenders, and ownership team for being so all-in on our mission. They are making incredibly good things happen for our mission! Let’s show them some love by making a point to fill every single table as best we can at either their West Chester or Monroe locations!
