The TextMe, Inc team was honored to participate in this event… Config provided a platform to connect, feel more connected to a community of builders, and learn from shared knowledge and experiences. Some key takeaways from the event: • The collaboration between teams, decision-making, shared-language, and direction are principles that help steer and accelerate team decision-making. • Having a product feature roadmap such as “North Star” that is easily accessible for the entire company to reference helps create a culture of transparency. It allows everyone to keep key goals in mind. • The “Magician” plugin for Figma - a tool powered by AI where every little thing it does is like magic! • Track and improve upon UI/UX issues with “friction logging” - an exercise that lists any UI/UX issues (putting yourself in the users' shoes).
