🟡 July is Sarcoma Awareness Month 🟡 July is Sarcoma Awareness Month, a critical time to raise awareness about this rare and often misunderstood group of cancers. Sarcomas are a diverse group of cancers arising from connective tissues like bones, muscles, and fat. They account for approximately 1% of all adult cancers and 15% of pediatric cancers, making awareness and early detection vital. 🔍 How Can You Help? 1. Educate: Learn about the different types of sarcomas, their symptoms, and treatment options. 2. Advocate: Support sarcoma research and policy changes that prioritize rare cancer funding. 3. Donate: Contribute to organizations focused on sarcoma research and patient support. 4. Support: Offer your time and resources to patients and families affected by sarcoma. Join us this month in spreading awareness and supporting the fight against sarcoma.
