We are thrilled to announce our second acquisition this year: Hammrtech, Inc, an AI specialty firm based in Knoxville, TN. Hammrtech provides high-tech solutions for cybersecurity, cloud, and software development, and has been heavily investing in AI, including developing a proprietary AI technology currently being used by many of their customers. This acquisition not only boosts our expertise in these key areas but also propels our growth in AI solutions. It also marks a significant milestone as we expand our footprint into Knoxville, continuing our growth as a technology services leader in Tennessee. Mark Freeman, our Founder and CEO, expressed his excitement: "We are thrilled to welcome Hammrtech into the Provisions Group family,” he says. “We understand the value AI services can offer our customers, and this acquisition exemplifies our commitment to providing the most comprehensive technology solutions available. Yesterday, our team gathered at the Franklin Firehouse for our quarterly All Hands meeting. We reviewed our Q2 stats, celebrated team milestones, and shared a meal together. A major highlight of our meeting was presenting the Q2 Wheat Award to Rena Puschmann, our exceptional Payroll Manager. This award, inspired by Galatians 6:9-10, recognizes an individual who serves our team and community with heart. As our Chief Accounting Officer Bob Frutchey, MBA, CPA noted, “Rena exemplifies everything the award represents. Her tireless efforts to serve others and do everything in an exceptional way, however, is not often noticed.” Despite much of her work being behind the scenes, Rena’s dedication sets a high standard and inspires us all to strive for excellence. We also had a bit of fun celebrating Troy West, MBA, PMP, CSM, our VP of Delivery Services, for his recent victory at the Nashville Healthcare Tech ping pong tournament. Clearly, his talents extend well beyond the office! Every day in the Nashville area, people face both physical and spiritual hunger. Provisions Group recently had the honor of joining forces with Cul2vate, an inspiring organization dedicated to addressing physical and spiritual hunger in Davidson and Williamson Counties. Cul2vate grows fresh, nutritious produce on their farm and distributes it directly to those in need. The individuals working on the farm (a.k.a: “Cul2vators,”) are not only growing food but also cultivating personal growth and change. Our team spent the day harvesting approximately 1,500 lbs of potatoes, directly contributing to this mission. It was a rewarding experience to see how Cul2vate impacts our community so profoundly.
