    GOOD AMERICAN switched to PostPilot from another vendor to effectively hit their full-funnel. 👖📬 It's working. The team first A/B tested winback campaigns, and once a winner was ID'd, we set up programmatic version of the campaign. Now, when customers hit certain RFM parameters, we automatically send them a postcard to drive a repurchase. 💌 Those campaigns are driving an 8x+ ROI and $1.40 in incremental revenue PER SEND. (That's data they can track in real-time campaign dashboards.)
