  • As the Port Authority undertakes major PATH projects, Rebecca Riehl, PATH’s head of customer experience, plays a crucial role in keeping riders updated amidst ongoing service changes. Her team’s commitment to keeping their “eyes on the field” ensures that customer feedback is continually integrated throughout the construction process. “PATH truly is committed to constantly looking at ways to try to make improvements as the work progresses,” said Rebecca. “We know the work is going to be painful. That’s why we’re giving advance notice, and as we’re able to make improvements, some of our plans might change.” For more insights into her work to maintain customer experience, read our Now Arriving blog: https://ow.ly/NTUO50SOsa5
